Overview
Use case description: This use case developed a proof-of-concept knowledge graph which was geared for additive or compound discovery in the sector of food processing or agri-science.
Use case goal: The purpose of the use case is to integrate datasets from European Institutions using an ontology to find alternative chemicals that can be added, as well as possible usage limits and other information. Maintaining consistency of ontologies in the knowledge graph following updates and maintenance is the primary goal of the use case.
